On April 12, 2023, 16:00-17:30 Kyiv time, a global English-language webinar «Overcoming dramatic changes by caring about people» will be held. The event is organized by ACMP Global on the initiative of the ACMP Ukraine Chapter.

The war in Ukraine has been going on for over a year. Ukrainian leaders had to adapt to constant changes in extraordinary conditions and implement those changes in their organizations. While this has been no easy feat during the war, Ukrainian leaders have learned the key to navigating through dramatic changes is through care for people. Join Ukrainian business leaders as they discuss how they perceived changes of the business landscape, what their main responses to the challenges have been, and how the organizations supported their people and communities. They will demonstrate how change management knowledge was instrumental in successfully adjusting to monumental change quickly and effectively.
