On February 27, 2023, the General meeting of members of the ACMP Ukraine NGO was held. The main reason for the meeting was the expiration of the two-year term of the Chairman and Board of our organization at the end of February of 2023. Therefore, the primary purpose of the meeting was to approve the Board’s report for 2021-2022 and elect a new Board.

The meeting was attended by the majority of ACMP Ukraine members and went successfully.

During 2021-2022, the ACMP Ukraine Board initiated and carried out a large volume of work, including increasing the community of change management professionals in Ukraine, conducting events to develop the professionalism of change leaders, deepening cooperation with participants of the international ACMP Global network, and conducting educational activities.

The following decisions were unanimously adopted at the meeting:

• Support the results of ACMP Ukraine’s activities according to the annual report and approve the report on the performance of statutory tasks as a whole.
• Elect Irina Chernyshova as the Chairman of ACMP Ukraine NGO.
• The terms of Olena Dyachenko and Yulia Melnyk as members of the ACMP Ukraine Board are over.
• Elect the ACMP Ukraine Board for 2023-2024 with the following members: Oleksandr Zharikov, Yulia Nikolaeva, Serhiy Miroshnychenko, and Ksenia Hurenko. The roles and areas of responsibility of each Board member will be determined at the first meeting in March.
