ACMP Ukraine Chapter invites you to participate in the volunteer course of ACMP Ukraine member Kostyantyn Maltsev.
After returning from the ranks of the Armed Forces, Kostyantyn continues to work on Change projects. He devotes his free time to the formation of methodological recommendations on psychological stability for the manager and his team.
Course Philosophy
“We live in times of terrible events named war. None of us has ever experienced war and its consequences. We heard from our grandparents about how difficult it is. But we did not fully understand what it means to survive the war and the events connected with it. Now we live with war, but our life goes on. We must not stop our change projects and work. In my opinion, we have to implement our projects even more diligently. The basis of any project is people. Therefore, the success of the project fully depends on the emotional state of its participants.”
The purpose of the course is to introduce the basic tools that will help keep the emotional state in satisfactory state during project and change management. In the program:
Module 1: Resistance to stress in a crisis situation
Module 2: The Conscious Leader – The Way of Balance.
Course audience:
Team members of state, commercial, and volunteer organizations returning to work after participating in the liberation of Ukraine.
Managers who do not have experience communicating and interacting with team members after they return to work.
Managers of all levels, heads of project teams, Scrum masters, Team Leads.
Mentor – Kostyantyn Maltsev, IT expert, Certified Change Manager Professional. He works in the field of IT, holding the positions of CIO and CDTO for more than 20 years. He gained professional experience in various industries, including telecommunications, energy, transport, and the military.
