The General Meeting of the NGO “ACMP Ukraine” was held on November 2, 2023.
The General Meeting focused on the following key areas: the ACMP Ukraine Board`s Report on the progress for the previous six months and the amendments to the composition of the Board.
According to the Board`s Report, all the projects and initiatives by ACMP Ukraine aimed at fulfilling the organization`s strategic goals in 3 directions:
- Grow the Community
- Advance the Profession
- Optimize Collaboration
Also, the NGO`s project teams’ work was presented during the General Meeting. Currently, there are four project teams in the ACMP Ukraine: ACMP Standard Translation Team, Methodological Recommendations for the Adaptation of Veterans in the Organization after Returning from the War Team, Survey on the State of Change Management in Ukraine Team, and Regulation on volunteer committees/working groups Team.
The changes in the Board`s composition
As it was announced during the General Meeting, two members of the Board submitted their applications to resign from the Board. It caused changes in the composition of the Board to be voted by NGO’s members.
The Meeting unanimously adopted the following decisions:
- to approve the new quantitative composition of the Board in the total count of 4 persons effective 02.11.2023: Chairman of the Board, Director for Innovation, Director for Communication, Director for Administration;
- to discharge Yuliya Nikolaeva and Serhiy Miroshnichenko from the Board of ACMP Ukraine;
- to elect Valeriia Sieliezienieva to the Board of the ACMP Ukraine as Director for Communication;
- to authorize the new Board to review strategic initiatives to ensure the implementation of strategic goals, which were approved by the decision of the General Meeting dated June 21, 2023.
We thank all members of our organization who participated in the General Meeting. We will continue our joint work to promote the profession and discipline of Change Management and to increase the effectiveness of change management in Ukraine.
