ACMP Ukraine Chapter continues to investigate the topic of adaptation of veterans returning to civilian life.
The third discussion panel of the «Organizational changes: the return of veterans to professional life» series is devoted to the system of social and psychological support which offers the governance, and with which initiatives and projects of companies, public and volunteer organizations will be connected. The topics discussed during the panel:
- The system of social support for military personnel at all stages of serving, including the transition to the conditions of civilian life (panelist – Natalia Kavetska, advisor to Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine);
- Own experience of returning to business and areas of work with veterans at Nestle (panelist – Mykola Hryhorenko, senior lieutenant of the Hunter Brigade, previously the full-scale war – member of the Board of directors, Head of the Ddepartment for the effectiveness of business processes at Nestle in Countries of Southeast Europe);
- Practical recommendations for effective interaction and communication (speaker – Anton Semenov, psychotherapist, social psychologist, PhD in sociology, author of the course «Prevention and prevention of suicides among military personnel» in the program of psychological assistance and recovery in extreme (combat) conditions, founder of the «How are you, bro?» project about how to maintain relationships during wartime).
