ACMP Ukraine is now an officially integrated community within ACMP Global.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Products:<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Ukrainian translation of the international Standard for the Change Management, making it the eighth language version.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>A guide for managers on the adaptation of veterans to professional life within organizations.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>A joint research study with EY Ukraine on the state of change management in Ukraine.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Promotion of the Profession and Discipline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Organized the Change Management Block at the PM Day conference, featuring ACMP Ukraine speakers.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Held a panel discussion at the PMI Ukraine Connect24 event.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Represented Ukraine at the largest industry event, Change Management Global Connect.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Shared knowledge with those starting their change management journey through the chapter&#8217;s Sharing Sessions events.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>ACMP Ukraine has also enhanced internal collaboration and processes within the community:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Implemented a governing document for the operation of volunteer committees (project groups).<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Adopted a unified collaboration platform, MC 365.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Engaged with colleagues worldwide through the ACMP Global Connect network.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Board Elections<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In accordance with the organization&#8217;s Charter, elections for the new Board of Directors of ACMP Ukraine take place every two years.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The General Assembly unanimously adopted the following resolutions:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Approve the new composition of the Board, consisting of three members as of February 26, 2025: Chairperson, Administrative Director, and Communications Director.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Remove Iryna Chernyshova and Oleksandr Zharikov from the Board of ACMP Ukraine.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Appoint Olena Kobylianska as Chairperson of the Board of ACMP Ukraine.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>We extend our gratitude to the outgoing Board members for their dedication and contributions and welcome the new leadership as we continue to develop the change management profession in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On February 26, 2025, the General Assembly of members of the public organization &#8220;ACMP Ukraine&#8221; was held.
