On February 26, 2025, the General Assembly of members of the public organization “ACMP Ukraine” was held.
During the meeting, two key issues were addressed: the report of the ACMP Ukraine Board for the 2023-2025 period and the election of a new Board of Directors.
The Board’s report highlighted the steps and projects implemented to achieve the organization’s strategic goals across three main directions:
- Grow the Community
- Advance the Profession
- Optimize Collaboration
Key Achievements for the Reporting Period
Community Growth:
- 13 new members joined ACMP Ukraine.
- 4 members obtained the CCMP qualification.
Official Status:
- The documentary stage of affiliating the chapter with ACMP Global was successfully completed. ACMP Ukraine is now an officially integrated community within ACMP Global.
Products:
- Ukrainian translation of the international Standard for the Change Management, making it the eighth language version.
- A guide for managers on the adaptation of veterans to professional life within organizations.
- A joint research study with EY Ukraine on the state of change management in Ukraine.
Promotion of the Profession and Discipline:
- Organized the Change Management Block at the PM Day conference, featuring ACMP Ukraine speakers.
- Held a panel discussion at the PMI Ukraine Connect24 event.
- Represented Ukraine at the largest industry event, Change Management Global Connect.
- Shared knowledge with those starting their change management journey through the chapter’s Sharing Sessions events.
ACMP Ukraine has also enhanced internal collaboration and processes within the community:
- Implemented a governing document for the operation of volunteer committees (project groups).
- Adopted a unified collaboration platform, MC 365.
- Engaged with colleagues worldwide through the ACMP Global Connect network.
Board Elections
In accordance with the organization’s Charter, elections for the new Board of Directors of ACMP Ukraine take place every two years.
The General Assembly unanimously adopted the following resolutions:
- Approve the new composition of the Board, consisting of three members as of February 26, 2025: Chairperson, Administrative Director, and Communications Director.
- Remove Iryna Chernyshova and Oleksandr Zharikov from the Board of ACMP Ukraine.
- Appoint Olena Kobylianska as Chairperson of the Board of ACMP Ukraine.
